I was going to Iris before relocating. She has always been respectful and kind. Doesn't talk a lot which I happen to love! She's very knowledgeable about healthy hair and new trends. I can send my young daughter to her and not be concerned with rough, burning or aggressive blow drying etc... Iris is consistent and accommodates her customers! Every time I come back to New Haven, straight to Iris! :) Prices are the norm... I appreciate that really good old school service!!!
